Compacity Partners is a capacity building consulting firm specializing in education experience design, intercultural dynamics, leadership and organizational development.

It was founded by educators who share a passion for creating engaging learning experiences for people to tap their talents and increase their impact.

Trainings & Workshops

All of our training sessions are interactive. They can be delivered on-site or on-line.

Consultation Services

We offer assistance in both updating existing leadership and/or diversity-oriented training curricula as well as custom curriculum design services for new programs or courses. Additionally, we are available to deliver individualized self-assessments and follow-on coaching sessions for staff and/or students.

Training of Trainers (TOT)

Resources &

Training Tools

We develop learning resources and reflection tools that can work in tandem with trainings, workshops, or curricular programs. Occasionally, we also work with clients on the development of stand-alone resources for use in their organization.
